Doug’s gone MADD

Members of law enforcement will gather at the Science Museum in St. Paul for the MADD Law Enforcement Awards Event on February 27, 2012. One of our own caretakers has been nominated for the MADD Hero Award for Drugged Driving Enforcement. The Hero Award for Drugged Driving Enforcement is awarded biannually to a law enforcement agency, individual or group that has made significant contributions toward getting drugged drivers off of the nation’s roadways.

Not only is Doug Best a conscientious and hard working caretaker for our properties in Hector MN, his full time job is Deputy Sheriff for Renville County. Apparently, he’s quite good at that too! The Renville County Sheriff nominated Doug for the 2012 Hero Award for Drugged Driving Enforcement. Although trained in many areas, Doug specializes in drug impaired driving specifically with cocaine and methamphetamine.
